Revenue Cycle Assessment 

 

 

Days are high and management is unable to determine the cause of an inefficient business office. Turnover of key staff, management changes, system conversion or other factors contribute to problems in the revenue cycle.

 

 

A review of all phases of the revenue cycle including admissions, charge entry, coding, billing, collection and cash posting.  Our management team will also prepare a financial analysis, benchmark study, staffing analysis, and information technology review as a part of this assessment.  We make observations and recommendations and develop action plans.  Implementation, training, and process reengineering are also available.
